Description

Duties:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
  • Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections for remote users
  • Monitor and maintain firewall security settings
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track all support activities in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Conduct software troubleshooting and assist with software installations and upgrades
  • Assist with Office 365 administration and support
  • Reporting
  • Anticipate IT issues
  • Service printers
  • Be available to be on call on the weekend

Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with firewall configuration and maintenance
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail with Office 365, Go Daddy (domain management), Azure Active,

Pay:
$ $26.62 per hour
