    As the Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential solar sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. We provide pre-set appointments with no door knocking or road work required.

    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced In Office Solar Sales Manager to join our in office Virtual Solar Sales team. This position works full time in our Midtown Manhattan NY Office. We provide pre-set appointments via web conference. The In Office Solar Sales Manager is responsible for training, coaching, developing and mentoring the sales team who will deliver required targets, working cross functionally with other departments and prioritizing the sales team's workload. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar or renewable energy industry, excellent communication skills and will resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • You will lead from the front by participating in the sales process.
    • Lead a team of 10+ Solar Sales Reps
    • Coach, Mentor and train new solar sales reps on best practices in sales.
    • You and your team will be provided pre-set appointments.
    • Conduct sales presentations and consultations via zoom to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services
    • Maintain Industry knowledge and stay up to date with solar trends.
    • Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships.

    Qualifications

    • Previous Sales Management experience required.
    • Solar Sales Experience required.
    • Ability to train and develop an in house sales team.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in software such as Sales CRM, G Suite, Zoom, texting platforms, etc..

    Benefits

    • Base plus Uncapped Commission

    • On Target Earnings $150,000-$250,000+
