**Customer Service Representative**

At The Bath + Beyond, we are the exclusive source for luxury kitchen and bath fixtures. Our spectacular 18k+ square foot showroom features over 2500 products. It is truly a place for our customers to indulge in everything from appliances, faucets, fixtures, bath furniture and lighting.

The Bath+Beyond is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service in the residential appliance and plumbing industry; coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Greet customers, maintain the opening and closing of the showroom floor

Assist customers both virtually and in the showroom

Grow knowledge of product offering

Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure the customers needs are being met.

Support Showroom Sales team--ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.

Answer sales calls for general information, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and update customer contracts,.

Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates and keep vendor information current

**Requirements**

A college degree or working towards a degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered. A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere.

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
