    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and oversee all forensic accounting activities within the organization.
    Manage a team of forensic accountants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
    Utilize your expertise to investigate financial irregularities, fraud, and misconduct.
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of forensic accounting processes.
    Actively participate in business development efforts, including client acquisition, proposal writing, and presentations.
    Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in matters related to forensic accounting.


    Qualifications:
    Extensive experience (10 years) in forensic accounting, with a focus on fraud investigation and financial analysis.
    Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
    Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
    CPA or CFE certification preferred.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree a plus.
    Proven revenue generation of $1 million+
