Our Company is seeking a Director of Program Management for Data Collaboration within the Customer Solutions team of our Ad Tech Platforms.

The primary goal of the Measurement & Data Collaboration team is to create products facilitating data collaboration between Our Company and its partners, including measurement partners, clients, agencies, and business partners.

This team collaborates across functions to identify market opportunities, analyze data for insights, and devise go-to-market strategies to ensure the success of our product suite.

In this role, the Director of Program Management will be a tech-savvy leader tasked with supporting the launch, adoption, and success of data collaboration initiatives, enabling audience planning and ad measurement use cases for our partners.

This is a cross-functional, data-centric role, requiring the program manager to possess a basic working knowledge of SQL and experience in querying and analyzing datasets.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead programs driving measurement and data collaboration product initiatives across internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, privacy, legal, and other teams to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, including senior leadership, internal teams, external partners, and industry organizations.
  • Present and advocate for our data collaboration product suite to internal and external stakeholders, educating them on capabilities that can fulfill each partner's business objectives.
  • Define key performance metrics and establish systems to track and evaluate the success of critical initiatives, delivering regular performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Interpret complex data to derive insights and craft impactful narratives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to integrate audience and measurement collaboration products.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management or strategy, preferably within the Ad Tech or digital/mobile advertising domain.
  • Proficiency in presenting to clients and executive leaders, with excellent interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, comfortable using data to inform decisions, with proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve goals and objectives, with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
