Change Management Director


ROLE SUMMARY


The Change Management Director will report to the Change Management Team Lead within the Operational & Change Excellence Group under the Transformation and Operational Excellence Platform.

The role will support the communication and implementation of new ways of working and plans across the Medical Affairs organization, including Global Platforms, Categories, and Regional Medical Leads.

The Change Management Director will work in close collaboration with the Change Management Team Lead, Operational & Change Excellence Lead and Medical Affairs leads/colleagues.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support Medical Affairs organizational initiatives and projects- Assess the impact of change and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions- Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for employees and stakeholders- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate clear goals and objectives for change initiatives- Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make recommendations for improvement- Provide guidance and support to project teams and managers on change management principles, methodologies, and best practices- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organizationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with an emphasis on practical experience.- 8+ years of experience in change management or related roles.- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.- Experience in the industry or similar sectors is preferred.

- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to lead/ strategic development- Excellent business judgment- Full knowledge and understanding of all relevant applicable SOPs- Proven track record for implementation of projects of strategic importance, on time and within budget- Ability to operate effectively in a heavily matrix organization, with experience managing global projects with team members in multiple locations- influence without authority- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent and able to influence others in spoken and written English- Flexibility, the ability to adapt to change, external environment, project scope and direction


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- >8 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Consulting- Prior experience in Medical Affairs is highly preferred- >8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields- Understanding and adherence to Project Management methodologies- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Ability to work independently with shown flexibility and organizational awareness- Ability to create & oversee complex projects- Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions including Medical (Customer Facing and HQ), Medical Information, Corporate Communications, Digital, and Commercial- Must be decisive, exercise good judgment in decisions, organized and with the ability to prioritize a large workload- Ability to manage resources, programs and multiple projects.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Flexibility to travel 20% of the time, including potential international travel

Additional Details

  • The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $145,400.00 to $242,400.00.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
