    Job Title:
    Senior Manager, Global Brand Marketing

    Primary Purpose:


    This role will be responsible for leading, creating, and driving global 360-degree marketing strategies and campaigns at the forefront of culture and innovation.

    This individual serves as a key strategic lead in connecting our consumer with our brand campaigns through strategic media and 360 initiatives.

    Key cross-functional partner for internal teams, agencies, and partners. The ideal candidate would have 7+ years in marketing with experience across all marketing touchpoints.

    This individual will 1) lead the global campaign orchestration process for 1H (Fall-Winter) 2) Develop comprehensive, disruptive campaign launch strategies across all marketing levers, including but not limited to social, influencer, PR, paid media, digital, experiential, etc.

    3) Partner closely with global media team & BU marketing partners to ensure market plans adhere to proven media principles 4) Oversee all marketing communications for Coach Foundation, Dream It Real, and cultural/philanthropic initiatives, partnering closely with Coach Foundation team

    7+ years' experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing planning
    Exceptional organization skills, with thorough attention to detail.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Ability to prioritize, be nimble, and adaptable while meeting deadlines.
    Driven self-starter with comfort operating in areas of ambiguity.
    Curiosity and resourcefulness, ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.

    Proficient in Microsoft programs
