Responsibilities of a Fitness Sales Manager:

Supervises staff, provides leadership and sets the tone and culture of the studio.
Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
Monitors daily sales activities.
Implement and support company sales programs to generate new sales.
Supplements overall social media marketing and branding efforts in studio.
Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service and executes company strategies to maximize studio performance and reviews.
Regularly communicates with the regional manager, corporate manager and ownership.
