Job Description
Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc.

company, needs a Brand Marketing Manager (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to:

Manage the successful execution of integrated campaign activations across multiple channels, including Digital, Social, OOH, and TV.

Coordinate communication with creative and media agencies and implement high-impact programs on-time and on-budget.

Manage budget for all travel and eCommerce campaigns, including ongoing management of media investments, production costs, and campaign scenario planning to optimize investments that help achieve business goals and ensure finance operations process compliance.

Gather and synthesize deep consumer insights on target audiences through business intelligence data.

Support research, analysis, measurement, and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results and Visa brand.

Develop Marketing Strategy and workstreams related to Annual Planning and present to management. Coordinate strategic communication with other regions and find opportunities to influence global marketing strategy.

Position reports to the San Francisco, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Brand Marketing Manager-related occupation.

Project management and planning

Managing creative, media, and social/digital agency partners

Generating and managing work-back timelines & keeping projects on track

Developing presentations for management and cross-functional partners

Marketing/media planning & strategy development

San Francisco, CA

Travel Requirements:
Up to 10% of domestic travel is required.

Mental/Physical Requirements:
This position will be performed in an office setting.

The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

S APPLICANTS ONLY:

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $142,406.00 USD to $211,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
