    The NVIDIA Retail team is helping retailers identify the top AI use cases that will deliver the highest business value.

    Would you like to be part of NVIDIAs leadership in AI and Accelerated computing? We are looking for a Retail Business Development leader with AI expertise to drive software revenue through our Cloud and GSI partners.


    What Youll Be Doing

    Reporting to the Vice President and GM of Retail Industries, you will drive the worldwide growth strategies for NVIDIAs software in Retail and CPG in support of the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

    This includes NVIDIAs Spark RAPIDS data science acceleration libraries, NVIDIAs Generative AI Nemo Foundry, NVIDIA Avatar Cloud Engine, NVIDIA AI enterprise and NVIDIA Omniverse for Design collaboration and digital twin Simulation.

    You will be instrumental in growing NVIDIAs retail revenue through our top Cloud and Global System Integrators (GSI) by building a GTM business plan and a programmatic approach to growing channel revenue.

    You craft alignment and joint GTM with our cloud partners, especially GCP and Azure.

    In this role, you will collaborate with our field sales organization, channel CSP partners, data science solution architects, and developer relations teams to:

    Build a GTM strategy and business plan, for each partner in collaboration with our Retail product and marketing teams.

    Develop the sales play and technical training to ensure the customer engineers of our partners understand the value of NVIDIA AI Acceleration Stack as an integral part of their cloud offering and collaborate jointly with NVIDIA in customer engagements.

    Foster lasting channel partnerships to collaboratively scale Generative AI and Data Science opportunities in Retail and QSR.

    Expand Omni-Channel use cases, with a particular focus on e-commerce, Supply Chain, and optimizing workloads like pricing and last-mile delivery.

    Develop light House Accounts by identifying customers in Retail, CPG and QSR markets that would like to technically collaborate with NVIDIA Data Science and Generative AI teams to build their own AI solutions.

    Build and develop sales operations process management, including opportunity management and pipeline forecasting to measure pipeline driven by Cloud and GSI Partners.


    What We Need To See

    15+ overall years of business development experience in retail technology systems, software, and cloud.
    8+ years of management experience.
    Business knowledge of the global retail industry market dynamics.
    Experience working at a major cloud provider, especially GCP or Azure.
    Proven track record scaling pipeline and revenue by building a programmatic approach for scaling channel revenue. Build and measure progress against the business plan and implement programs to achieve goals outlined in the business plan.
    Experience developing joint product solutions and sales play with channel partners.
    Collaborate & inspire a virtual team of sales managers through channel programs and joint partner solutions.

    Work with the General Manager of Retail and product management teams to ensure customer technical bottlenecks are addressed by the Retail Platform.

    Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science from a leading university (or equivalent experience). A masters degree and/or MBA is desirable.

    Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

    Knowledge of AI and Analytics, combined with deep understanding of the retail industry and cloud providers GTM.

    Possess a global retail client contact base, deep domain expertise, and an understanding of sales and buying practices in the retail industry.

    Proven track record in presenting complex technical content such as AI to customers, while articulating the business value and RIO of AI.

    The base salary range is 264,000 USD - 402,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

    You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
