    About SV Academy:

    This presents a special chance to join our comprehensive BDR Residency program. The Residency includes a two-week training phase followed by a full-time W2, salaried+benefits, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will undergo practical training, mentorship, and gain real-world experience to equip them for a prosperous sales career.

    Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:

    • Utilize diverse channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify and evaluate potential leads.
    • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
    • Clearly and convincingly present the company's value proposition to prospects, generating interest and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
    • Handle the complete sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
    • Effectively use CRM (Hubspot) to monitor and handle leads, ensuring data precision and timely follow-up.
    • Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified appointments, showcasing a proactive and results-oriented approach.
    • Partake in continuous professional development and training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry proficiency.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and internal partners, maintaining a customer-centric approach and establishing the company as a reputable advisor in the industry.

    Requirements:

    • Strong passion for pursuing a sales career and readiness to fully commit to the Residency program.
    • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbally and in writing, with the capacity to engage prospects and express value propositions effectively.
    • Self-driven, goal-focused, and eager to learn and develop in a dynamic setting.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adjust to shifting priorities.
    • Familiarity with Hubspot is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Knowledge of the Food Service sector is beneficial but not obligatory.
    • Prior sales background is a positive attribute.
    • Availability for full-time work Monday - Friday (9:30am - 7pm PT)
    • Capable of working in-office five days a week (Monday-Friday)
