- Actively research and identify new business opportunities through various channels such as social media, email marketing and cold calling.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and purchasing behaviors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by providing complete and appropriate solutions to their problems and challenges.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Utilize CRM software, particularly with HubSpot, to accurately track and report on lead activity and progress.
- Continuously update and enhance product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a tech B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment.
