    Job Description Qualifications:

    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is in search of a Product Support Engineer who will apply engineering principles to ensure the supportability, sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and operability of products and services throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have:

    • Developed product definitions, designs, and configurations.
    • Defined, evaluated, and maintained engineering supportability requirements.
    • Analyzed data to determine support and maintenance equipment needs.
    • Evaluated engineering changes based on customer requirements and proposed program changes.
    • Planned, researched, and designed modification and repair solutions.
    • Established criteria for integrated support and maintenance infrastructure.
    • Provided on-site technical assistance to various product facilities.
    • Supported airworthiness and proposal development.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, safety, and quality.
    • Collaborated effectively with subject matter experts and team members.
    • Worked independently, prioritized tasks, and met deadlines.
    • Communicated effectively with diverse individuals to address technical requests and implement solutions.

    This hybrid position allows for telecommuting with some onsite work required in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include:

    • Researching and analyzing engineering data to identify spare parts requirements.
    • Reviewing technical documents to determine impacts on spare parts.
    • Providing engineering solutions and responses related to spare parts inquiries.
    • Supporting airplane programs to define new spare parts and configurations.
    • Collaborating on cross-functional teams to enhance products, services, and tools.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
    • 5+ years of experience in an engineering-related field.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Experience with basic engineering drawings and specifications.
    • Previous work with Landing Gear systems and cross-functional environments.

    Typical Education & Experience:

    Advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, with 5+ years of related work experience.

    Additional Information:
