    Description

    Our client, a leading technology conglomerate is looking for support engineers on contract basis, to support their internal users and external customer escalations. This position requires someone who has worked with the MS 365 suite of softwares, preferably with experience in providing fast-paced engineering support resolution for corporates and federal/state units.

    Candidates looking to relocate must only be from PST time zone.

    Job Title: Engineering Support

    Duration: Long-term

    Location: Redmond, WA (On-site from Day One)

    Job Description:

    • At-least 3+ years of experience providing hands-on engineering support for the MS 365 suite of software.
    • Experience handling large-scale support resolution requests in a global, fast-paced corporate environment.
    • Manage and resolve tickets, ranging from single-user issues to global incidents.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration to work with development teams.
    • Experience with 3rd party integrations like ComputerTalk and Genesys.

    Exchange Support:

    • Manage Request Fulfillments for MS Exchange services, including mailbox migrations and junk bypass requests.
    • Support Integration projects and identify automation opportunities.

    Regional Telecom Engineering:

    • Deploy and manage voice infrastructure and services in client offices and data centers.
    • Configure and maintain MS TEAMS and SBC/ATA systems.
    • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and corporate standards.
    • Manage global maintenance and repair contracts and provide operational support.

    Service Tooling & Automation Engineering:

    • Lead a hybrid team with onshore and offshore engineers.
    • Develop automation solutions using Graph API, Power Platform, Data Factory, SQL, PowerShell, and Azure functions.
    • Maintain SOPs and service documentation to reduce Tier III support volumes.
    • Handle Major Incident (MI) management and reporting.
