    Description


    Source Machine Alliance is a full-service machine tool dealer located in Minneapolis, MN with territories in ND, SD, NE, IA, and Western WI.

    We specialize in providing both new and used machines to our customers and have one of the best service teams in the upper Midwest.

    Our goal is to be the go-to source for all machine tool needs.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as an Area Sales Manager at Source Machine Alliance.

    As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales calls and presentations, and managing sales opportunities.

    This role is based in Minneapolis, MN, with flexibility for work throughout our midwest territory.

    Qualifications

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Excellent customer service abilities
    Proven sales experience and the ability to meet targets
    Training and coaching skills
    Experience in sales management is a plus

    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the Area Sales Manager role include:

    Knowledge of machine tools and the manufacturing industry
    Technical aptitude for understanding and demonstrating machine capabilities
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
