The position
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales – US / LATAM ('the Regions') who can be part of our growth journey.
Within the Regions:
Leading, overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities.
Direct responsibility for sales, account management, pricing, pre-sales, marketing, and partners.
Sales Leadership – lead the sales team, own and coach strategic large ACV deals and develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals with continuous improvement in reducing sales cycles.
Leading the overall management of the individual customer accounts through effective team management with the target of increasing net revenue retention across the portfolio.
Responsibility for delivering on quarterly subscription revenue targets:
Primary goal of maximizing revenue and driving business growth through effective strategies and operations.
Leading partner relationships from strategy to execution including ownership of measurability of partner targeted outcomes:
Owning the key relationships with strategic partners in the Regions on the revenue generation side from SAP to large firms such as the Big-4 and global SI's.
Providing guidance and aligning the marketing objectives with revenue and demand generation.Active, constructive, and valuable contribution with the executive team and Board, assisting the organisation as whole to achieve its corporate objectives.
Accurate and timely reporting of key metrics for the sales organisation at a company level and sub-team level.Cross functional collaboration – foster collaboration and alignment across product, customer success, delivery and technology teams to ensure a cohesive approach towards both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Forecast and Reporting - develop revenue forecasts, analyse variances, accuracy of pipeline and present regular reports to the executive team.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on performance data.Experience & Skills
Minimum 15 years of experience in sales management and leadership, with the majority of this experience working in SAP, MDM, or ERP related domains.
Very strong in Data Quality and MDM principles in terms of data governance.Experience working in a c-suite with a strategic focus and have a genuine desire to get into the detail to understand the solutions and the customers/partners.
Experience in managing sales teams and other revenue related areas – across locations / regions.Experience in the business domains of Supply Chain and Asset Management.
Strong in communication skills and written skills.
Prior roles having had the need to complete business plans and track, manage to, and report on targeted outcomes.
