    We are seeking a Sales Executive for a rapidly growing Insurtech company. The role is well suited for an insurance professional with experience in the retail or wholesale insurance brokerage world. The insurance distribution firm has a proven track record of success, along with fresh capital, they are on a mission to become one of the largest insurance distribution companies in the US within the next five years. The company offers an innovative platform and service package designed to significantly enhance insurance agencies' profitability, operational efficiency, and scalability.

    Location: 100% Remote

    Role Highlights

    • Strategic Sales for Large Opportunities: You'll spearhead relationship and opportunity management, generating substantial revenue and profit by leveraging large strategic opportunities.
    • Team Leadership for High Conversion: Guide a team towards achieving over 20% conversion rates on small to medium-sized agency engagements, directly influencing the revenue outcomes.
    • Team Development and Expansion: With demonstrated reliability, you'll have the resources to significantly grow a team of top-tier talent, poised to lead the market in insurance distribution.

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional Closing Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving high volume and conversion rates within the B2B segment of the insurance industry is essential.
    • Strategic Relationship and Opportunity Management: A history of high conversion rates with large strategic opportunities, preferably exceeding $10m in revenue.
    • Sales Team Leadership: Experience in building and leading a team of high-caliber sales professionals with a track record of success.
    • Intellectual Agility and Problem-Solving: Quickly grasp concepts, adept at asking insightful questions, identifying patterns, and devising optimal solutions.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base salary range: $225,000 - $250,000
