    Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

    Assignment Location(s): Northern, VA/DC (Hybrid - Onsite/Remote)

    Estimated Contract Duration: Ongoing contract

    Required clearance: DoD Secret

    Travel: Some (CONUS/OCONUS)

    Min. Education: Bachelor's degree in business/finance (related field)

    Min. Experience: 15 Years (17 Years w/o BS Degree)

    Salary Range: $100 - $130K (commensurate with qualifications)

    Job Description:

    • Provide financial policy, process, and systems expertise in support of the Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, Installation & Logistics Audit, and Internal Controls efforts.
    • Assist in the development & maintenance of ground supply & finance methods of procurement specific business process narratives (BPNs), a.k.a. process control narratives (PCNs), risk control matrices and test plans for those BPNs, as well as multiple policy and procedural documents, and reoccurring system access and procurement platform LOA review taskers.
    • Provide support to the Field Supply & Maintenance Analysis Offices supporting unit analyses (as required), developing, documenting, and implementing internal controls throughout all e-commerce systems.
    • Develop user level financial management guidance and training materials. As required, provide instruction on financial/supply business processes in informal and/or formal instructional settings.
