What youll do:
The Contractor shall manage, operate, and maintain information technology (IT) for facilities at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. Occasionally travel to the Washington D.C. Office may be required. The contractor shall provide services that operate IAW standard Air Force and DoD IT environments.
Functional Description The contractor shall operate the video-teleconferencing (VTC) and audio-visual equipmentBasic maintenanceTroubleshooting procedures for the Conference Center (VTC) systemEnsure all operational aspects of the VTC are functional to include network connectivity requirementsVTC Connection and routing proceduresInstall Government provided equipmentMaintain the technical capabilities for the integrated presentation systemThe contractor shall be knowledgeable of software packages for the integrated presentation systemsWhat matters to you matters to us.
