I am a casework DNA analyst. I am qualified to examine evidence for biological material. Extract the DNA. Quantify that DNA. Amplify that DNA and analyze it via capillary electrophoresis. I write reports and present those finding as expert testimony in court. 

am a Forensic Scientist - DNA Analyst with the Albuquerque Police Department. I am fairly new to the Forensic field but I do have experience in clinical genetics. Previously I was a Sr. Genetic Coordinator Administrative Specialist with over three years of CAP/ CLIA accredited laboratory experience, over 3 years of experience in management and 5 years of experience in customer service. Masterfully remodeled GCA laboratory role to maximize efficiency while adapting the role to support remote work capabilities. In college, spent 3 months observing, documenting and analyzing Gorilla cognition and behavior. Aiming to use my intuition, innovativeness, and competence to take any position to the next level.
