    Description

    Reporting to the Executive Vice President General Manager (EVPGM), you will oversee all our sales and marketing activity within a defined geographic area or region.

    Your leadership team is composed of a Director, Marketing (DOM); and Director, Distribution (DOD) and is expected to work with the U.Region leadership teams (Marketing, On Premise, Distribution, Key Accounts, Finance, and Human Resources) to understand our business strategies and implement them within the region with their customers and consumers.

    Your leadership team is composed of a Director, Marketing (DOM); and Director, Distribution (DOD) and is expected to work with the U.Region leadership teams (Marketing, On Premise, Distribution, Key Accounts, Finance, and Human Resources) to understand our business strategies and implement them within the region with their customers and consumers.

    Provide input and feedback to senior leadership on business planning strategies
    Manage region budgets for Marketing, Distribution, On Premise, and in-directs according to the business plan
    Provide coaching, feedback, and training across all teams in real time
    Ensure Red Bull is the #1 energy drink brand in store
    Ensure business plan priorities are implemented with our distributor networks
    Deliver in-store execution results (e.g. Achieve Business Plan marketing events, athlete projects, media outcomes, and consumer metrics
    Deliver dollar and unit share results

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
    Travel 30-40%
    Permanent
