Get ready to experience a royal escape to the French Moroccan Riviera, complete with delightful culinary creations, enchanting cocktails, and an electrifying nightlife ambiance. Step into a world where Moorish architecture meets velvet booths, silk draperies, and crystal chandeliers, reminiscent of a vintage Tangier vibe.

    Position Overview:

    • General Manager Role: As the General Manager of Habibi, you will steer this exceptional venue from its prelaunch phase to full operational success. Your mission is to lead a team committed to offering guests a rich tapestry of cultural and sensory delights, ensuring a seamless opening and continued prosperity. Your vision will establish Habibi as Miami's ultimate nightlife hotspot, blending allure with sophistication right from its grand debut.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of prelaunch activities, from team recruitment and training to setting up operational procedures.

    • Oversee prelaunch budgets and marketing strategies that epitomize the French Moroccan essence, captivating a discerning clientele from the start.

    • Supervise the establishment and optimization of the club's infrastructure to meet Habibi's high standards of beauty and functionality.

    • Create and execute marketing plans highlighting the venue's distinctive theme to generate excitement leading up to the opening.

    • Negotiate contracts with performers and suppliers to ensure a stellar lineup of attractions beyond the grand opening.

    • Handle the financial aspects, including prelaunch expenses, to guarantee profitability while maintaining our elegance and quality benchmarks.

    • Foster a top-notch team environment, guiding staff through prelaunch phases and beyond to surpass our brand's lofty standards.

    • Establish stringent safety and cleanliness protocols to address all aspects before and after the opening.

    • Address any prelaunch hurdles promptly and professionally, showcasing excellence in problem-solving.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or nightlife management, with a focus on prelaunch phases of upscale venues.

    • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills essential for developing a high-performance team.

    • Readiness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, especially during the prelaunch period.

    • In-depth knowledge of the cultural intricacies tied to a French Moroccan-themed establishment.

    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
