Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a consultative sales approach to deeply understand clients' needs and deliver value-driven solutions, emphasizing cost-effective environmental and property maintenance services.

Lead and nurture a high-performing team to achieve

Operational Excellence:
Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services in compliance with legal and company standards. Collaborate closely with the operational team to streamline processes, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective project completion. Manage the team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Oversee the provision of janitorial services, maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Efficiently handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and liability reduction. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and mentor staff, fostering a culture of learning, and ensuring they have access to necessary resources and training. Supervise budgeting, financial planning, and cost management activities, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve financial and operational efficiency.

Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, working closely with leadership to align operations with the overall business strategy.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential business challenges and opportunities.


Sales and Client Relationship Management:

Actively participate in business development efforts, which include identifying new business prospects and maintaining long-term relationships with business owners, property owners, property managers, and municipal governments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Environmental Management, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the environmental/janitorial services or a related industry, with a strong background in sales and operations.

Thorough understanding of environmental regulations and standards. A proven track record of successfully driving business growth, managing operations, and fostering long-term client relationships.
