- The General Manager's role involves overseeing designated studio(s) to ensure they are well-maintained and uphold customer service standards to YogaSix's requirements. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of studio functionality, supervising Wellness Advisors and Teachers, and demonstrating strong customer service skills, capable communication, and a passion for driving sales and service.
- 2+ years of retail/service or fitness sales experience
- Successful experience in supervising teams
- Proven track record in lead generation and follow-up
- Confidence in personal sales generation and training others in sales
- Ability to handle all revenue streams efficiently
- Proficient in customer service
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Capacity to identify areas for improvement and implement changes effectively
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized with strong data management abilities
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and clients
- Competence in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in using computers and studio software
- Lead Generation, Membership Sales, and Retention
- Management of revenue streams including Memberships, Retail, and Teacher Training
- Budget management, spending, and reporting
- Creation and execution of marketing plans focusing on client acquisition, activation, and loyalty
- Participation in grassroots marketing initiatives
- Collaboration on optimizing class schedules
- Recruitment, training, and supervision of studio staff
- Teacher recruitment, training coordination, and termination
- Facility maintenance and inventory management
- Participation in meetings and trainings as required
- Close collaboration for studio health and profitability
- Social media management
- Demonstrated ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
- Capability to sit/stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Vision and hearing abilities meeting job requirements
