• 
  At LEAST 2 YEARS GENERAL MANAGER experience.
• Undergo our Hands On Training in the FOH and BOH.
• Must pass
  OUR IN HOUSE certifications and evaluations for the Manager Program.
• Must adhere to the
  3month training salary in order to become familiar with BOH/FOH operations and our brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 18+ years old
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous leadership experience.
• Hardworking
• Teamoriented
• Friendly
• Honest
• Great customer skills
• Must be willing to undergo a 90 day trial period as a "Regular Team Member" in order to be CONSIDERED for leadership
• Must live within 7 miles from the restaurant, ChickfilA Doral, at zip code 3317
• Must have managerial restaurant experience of at least 2 years and provide reference and recommendation letter
• Payroll, financial goal setting skills and strategies, and employee scheduling
