    Mavi is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Westwood, New Jersey.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze all customer orders in the beginning of the Season before EDI application to ensure all data is correct.
    • Process all EDI orders in SAP.
    • Process daily dropship orders for all customers, using the DSCO and SPS Commerce platforms.
    • Work closely with Supply Chain Department to keep abreast of incoming receivings.
    • Work with warehouse for all special requests.
    • Following chargebacks and making sure deductions are valid and reasonable.

    Required qualifications and skills:

    • University graduation from relevant departments,
    • At least 1 year experience in a relevant position,
    • Bilingual in English and Turkish is a plus,
    • High level of follow-up skills,
    • High level of communication skills,
    • Being a team player.
