Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Become proficient with appliance manufacturer's warranty and service agreements
- Handle customer service requests/complaints by providing a quick and professional response
- Provide customers with accurate manufacturer's service information that enables them to schedule service calls on their own
- When needed, assist customers by coordinating followups directly with the manufacturer's service department or our local representative
Qualifications
- Willingness to serve customers professionally regardless of their level of dissatisfaction
- Ability to listen and patiently handle service requests/challenges
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be a team player, willing to assist in areas outside of the service function when called upon by management
- Have an improvement mindset. We encourage proactive thinking and are open to suggestions for improvements of any aspect of the business
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to learn and master new and existing IT programs
- Knowledge of CRM a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
