AC Furia is a rapidly growing pump and motor repair company known for our commitment to customer-centric solutions.

With a fleet of seven trucks on the road every day and a team of 20-25 dedicated professionals, we are a leading name in the industry.

Now, we are looking to expand our team by welcoming a Pump Sales Representative to help us promote and sell our pump systems and related equipment to government agencies, municipalities, and utility companies.


Position Summary:


Immediately seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a
Service Operations Coordinator.

In this role, you play a crucial part in assisting with the daily operations of our service team, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with customers to schedule service tickets & dispatch our field technicians
  • Utilize GPS tracking and reporting systems to monitor and manage field technician activities.
  • Assist with daily reporting for labor and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Create and maintain customer records in our database, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
  • Assist with creating invoices and handling billing questions from customers.
  • Follow up on parts requests and estimates, ensuring timely delivery and accurate pricing.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including assisting with customer contracts, customer portals, vendor portals etc.

Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with billing and invoicing, PW is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the service (skilled trades) industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage schedules, records, and reporting
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including databases and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment
  • Bilingual (A Plus)

Compensation/Pay:

$65-$70,000 per year
