Our team is growing, and we are in search of a Project Manager who is passionate about eCommerce, adept at managing projects, and skilled in overseeing strategy and implementation.

    Role Overview

    The Project Manager at Class A Media plays a critical role in steering the strategic direction and execution of email marketing campaigns and flows. This position involves close collaboration with a dedicated service delivery team of 3-5 members to ensure smooth operations from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Klaviyo and be responsible for troubleshooting and ensuring the seamless running of projects.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the planning and execution of email marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
    • Work closely with the strategy team to develop project plans that align with client goals and objectives.
    • Manage a service delivery team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
    • Utilize Klaviyo, Slack, ClickUp, Shopify, and Google Sheets for project management and communication.
    • Identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure project success.
    • Maintain constant communication with clients and the internal team to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
    Requirements
    • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.
    • Proficient in Klaviyo, Slack, ClickUp, Shopify, and Google Sheets.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
