• Develop 3-year global innovation calendar to support core businesses and maximize growth potential across various regions. 
• Oversee region-specific (EMEA, Americas, Asia, China, Japan, Travel Retail) strategy based on 3-year global innovation calendar; capture latest regional business trends to develop regional calendars with Regional HQs to ensure global brand positioning while maximizing growth potential. 
• Manage regional assortment based on business outlook and the evolving regulatory and sustainability requirements. Strategically calendarize projects to optimize profitability and inventory levels, including determining global allocation and production/shipment priorities in collaboration with S&OP teams.
• Develop comprehensive 360° support programs behind all key launches and own global Go-To-Market toolkit including guidelines. Lead communication with regional teams to capture unique local needs.
• Lead global visual merchandising design update for over 15,000 distributions. Identified cost saving opportunities in all aspects including design, structure, material, logistics. Scheduled to deliver over 25% cost savings per door than previous merchandising, while achieving higher sustainability standards.
• Direct seasonal visual merchandising design strategy in accordance with brand image, business priorities, and competitive global best practices.
• Manage and develop direct reports in Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
