- Compensation:$25 - $27 per hour DOE, eligible for overtime pay and an end of year bonus

- Serves as the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly-skilled tasks
- Under the direction of a Brand Stylist, prepares purchase orders, contracts and product information for clients
- Assists with managing product production cycle; tracking vendor receipt of product, confirming production dates with vendors, shipping timelines, review of proofs with Brand Stylist; heads off potential problems with effective tracking and communications
- Enters ongoing transaction data using Salesforce
- Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
- Responds to inquiries about client projects
- Reports any delays to Brand Stylists and/or managing director
- Interacts and communicates with individuals at all levels: sales, finance, fulfillment
- Supports management in other facets of the business
- Remains up to date about design trends
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- An interest in fashion / style trends, is a plus
- Ability to work daily in our San Francisco office
- 2 or more years' experience in internal and external customer service
- 1-2 years working in an administrative role with a CRM and multiple, deadline driven projects.
- Creative eye, with an interest in design, style and trends
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy – experienced in complex project management
- Advanced skills in MS Office, intermediate CRM skills (Salesforce, preferred)
- Solid acumen with numbers, analytic and strategic thinker
- Personable and responsive, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
