Assistant Project Manager

_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Prepare and track product submittals
  • Prepare and review change orders with Project Manager
  • Prepare project budgets and breakdown labor task codes for internal tracking
  • Prepare RFIs and track/document responses
  • Assist Project Manager with schedule review and analysis
  • Assist foreman with methods and materials

_Requirements:
_


  • Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects
  • A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Dependability
  • Customer focused
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability/willingness to drive long distances as required (Northern California)
  • Good computer skills, proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical project administration
