Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team. The Assistant Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

  • Duties
  • Provide backup support for project
  • Quality & Documentation Controller for drawing submittals and distribution and the associated maintenance of the Submittal tracker.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Assist in developing project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and ensure project goals are met
  • Subcontractor Schedules issue, track, and file Managing Work Order Status in tracking program
  • Tracking project workflow in proprietary software and support collection of field tech documents
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
  • Assists other administrative employees with office equipment, such as copiers, printers, fax machines, ensuring there is enough ink, paper.

Pay:
From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
