    The Role

    As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will oversee sales teams across Northern California and Oregon.

    Leading strategic sales plans to drive room revenues through various channels is a key aspect of this role, contributing to our portfolio's success.

    Your Impact

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

    Brand Management:
    Maintain consistent brand representation across marketing efforts.

    Sales Leadership:
    Motivate sales teams, build client relationships, and drive bookings.

    Financial Management:
    Oversee P&L for sales and marketing, collaborating with finance to meet targets.

    Marketing Campaigns:
    Launch creative campaigns to reach diverse customer segments.

    Revenue Optimization:
    Collaborate with Revenue Management to refine pricing strategies.

    Collaboration:
    Work with General Managers and other departments to achieve sales and operational goals cohesively.

    Who You Are

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.

    At least 5 years of senior sales and marketing experience in the hospitality sector.

    Leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and achieving goals.

    Strategic thinker capable of turning ideas into actionable plans.

    Familiarity with industry tools like TravelClick Agency360, Demand360, and Opera preferred.
