    Your Role:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through strategic enterprise-level engagements.

    The ideal candidate will possess a combination of exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and expertise in revenue forecasting within the consumer data industry.


    Responsibilities & Duties:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Provide visionary leadership to the enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of enterprise sales professionals, empowering them to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to optimize team performance and drive revenue growth.

    Enterprise Sales Strategy:

    • Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to penetrate key markets, acquire new clients, and expand our customer base.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision making and maintain a competitive edge.

    Quota Attainment and Revenue Forecasting:

    • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and quotas for the enterprise sales team, monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and forecasting models to accurately predict sales performance, revenue projections, and resource allocation.
    • Implement robust sales tracking and reporting mechanisms to provide real-time visibility into sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue trends.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in addressing their business challenges and achieving their goals.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of our CDP solutions and deliver exceptional value to clients.
    • Leverage customer feedback and market intelligence to drive product enhancements, service improvements, and innovation initiatives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in B2B sales within the consumer data or SaaS industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high performing sales team, focusing on fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
    • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a knack for building rapport and credibility with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
    • Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights.
    • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends, with a relentless drive to exceed expectations and achieve extraordinary results.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Working out of Mountain View, California or New York, NY office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy."
    • This role has the potential for remote base location dependent on experience and expertise

    Travel Requirements:

    • Up to 75% Travel (As needed)
    Compensation Range
    $208,000-$260,000 USD
