    Enterprise Sales Executive

Your work will touch tens of thousands of patients, providers, and administrators daily, and through your code we will truly be able to help change US healthcare.

    Role:

    As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Ethermed, your job will be driving our sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who considers themselves a "sales swiss army knife" who is able to get in the weeds to set up a CRM and is comfortable building decks and sales materials. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of dealing with complex Healthcare Enterprise sales.     Responsibilities:

    • Driving a repeatable sales process to closing.
    • Filling and Triaging the pipeline.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan and sales playbook.
    • Prospect and identify high-potential healthcare organizations facing challenges with prior authorizations.
    • Craft compelling presentations that demonstrate the value proposition of our product complete with pricing experiments and pricing strategies.
    • Overcome objections and navigate the sales cycle with a consultative approach.
    • Negotiate and close Enterprise level deals, ensuring contracts are signed and revenue is generated.
    • Provide ongoing customer support and ensure high levels of satisfaction after the sale.
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

    Table Stakes:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience selling healthcare IT opportunities.
    • Ideally within: Revenue Cycle Management, Utilization Management, Prior Authorization, Physicians or Advisors, or Clearinghouse Integrations.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious targets.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key stakeholders and their challenges.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of audiences.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles effectively.

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience selling AI-powered solutions or healthcare technology platforms.
    • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of medical coding and insurance reimbursement practices.
    • A passion for innovation and improving healthcare efficiency.
