About the Role:
HR Sales Executive


Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting.

This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, selfgenerated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
  • Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, , LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client servicesrelated activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
  • 13 years of experience in a quotadriven sales environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Ambitious, positive attitude, and selfmotivated.
