Job Title SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER This is a salary plus commission based position with a company vehicle.

Brief description:
Sales management and business development of existing customers, along with prospective new customers, and markets that align with our strategic vision and meet our annual business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Responsible for sales management, and business development activities with customer accounts
This may include:
- Sales management/negotiation skills required for review of engineering prints and purchase orders submitted from customers and work with Director of Technical Sales to execute these agreements.
- Obtain pricing feedback from customers and the market, then respond appropriately to new or existing customers.
- Review quotes, collaborate with teammates and interface with customers
Communication skills required for:
- Informative, timely, and well written sales call reports.
- Professional, comprehensive, and relevant customer correspondence
- Communication of changes in schedule that could impact the customer
- Bring proactive with customer issues properly and responding in a timely fashion
- Skills required to provide customer technical product/direction.
- Finance and cost control measures required to:
- Assessment of customer financial situation/health.
- Manage account profitability of low margin accounts and drive internal awareness and negotiating margin improvements with customer.
- Identify opportunities with both existing and new prospective business
- Identify new products and markets that support the strategic initiatives of business development
Skills:

- Ability to plan and execute the sales plan with passion and perseverance
- Computer/ Microsoft office proficient
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or business discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Previous background in machining
- Minimum of 5 years prior sales experience. __________ _____ __________ ____
Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
