Opportunity:


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting new customers, real estate developers, general contractors, and construction management firms, targeting the highestlevel decision maker.
Utilizing resources and programs to further penetrate existing customers at the highest level.

  • Own key subcontractor/plumber relationships.
  • Work with distributor partners to maintain KOHLER specifications and support them throughout quotation and shipping process.


  • Project management

  • Managing individual projects from quote process to the final delivery of product. Working with supply chain on demand planning for large projects.
  • You will regularly team up with your colleagues as each of you will own multiple customers on a project.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Business Administration or Marketing.
3+ years of sales experience required.

  • Must possess moderate skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts.
  • Domestic Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer visits as needed, approximately % annually.
