PURPOSE:
Provides Operations Support by obtaining facts; analyzing problems; designing solutions; developing testing methods; conducting and documenting tests; providing operating information to customers.

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology
