    The primary purpose of this position is (GS13): to provide research, advice and consultation to senior management in order to enhance the achievement of Senior Executives Service (SES) programs and goals for the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force.

    The primary purpose of this position is (GS14): serves as a senior HR expert and advisor of, Civilian Executive Management Office, Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force related to recruitment and placement, merit promotion, talent management and succession planning.

    Duties: (GS13)
  • Works in conjunction with the supervisor, provides strategic and technical guidance on consultative management advisory services.
  • Responsible for the Civilian Senior Executive Recruitment, Selection and Placement program.
  • With guidance and direction provided by the supervisor, represents the Air Force Senior Executive Management Office with a wide-variety of internal and external officials.
  • Serves as team member on special projects or comprehensive studies to examine a spectrum of problems or issues that may cross serviced agencies.
