- Performs routine tasks required in support of recruiting.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Performs full-cycle recruitment including advertisement, candidate sourcing, resume and application review, phone/video screening of qualified applicants, interviews and initiates employment offers.
- Identifies, explores, and executes effective tactics for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Builds and maintains talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
- Participates in all aspects of recruiting efforts and talent acquisition.
- Manages candidate inquiries, candidate care and facilitating employee processes involving candidates.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Work as the primary point of contact on special projects as needed.

- Receives, processes, and submits for payment recruiting related bills. Acts as liaison with Accounting for all matters relating to such fiscal obligations.
- Ability to build relationships, trust, and communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
- Proven organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
- UKG ATS experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed team environment.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Strong grasp of Federal & State Employment Laws.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong creative problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion.
- Well versed in HR business process and employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
- Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (BI/Dashboard).
- Strong internal and external customer service focus.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and complex work environment.
- High level of accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience required. Recruiting experience with hourly manufacturing roles preferred.

The Company is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team As a recruiter this individual is responsible for high-volume recruiting across several manufacturing facilities in the Maryland and Virginia area. This individual must be able to apply best HR practices aligned with organizational policies and standards. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, which requires an individual who can maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while meeting the needs of the organization.
As a recruiter, this individual will work to source and secure the best talent available. The individual is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle; helping to build a strong employer brand; developing and executing a recruiting plan by studying the company's objectives and contractual obligations; and attracting high-performing, experienced candidates using multiple sources that build strong applicant resource channels.
