Currently, Northwest Talent Solutions is offering a tremendous opportunity for Principal Recruiters to join our team.


Key Scope:

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide insights to hiring managers.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in offer preparation and negotiation, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.


Success:


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (agency preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining an elevated level of productivity.
  • Initiativetaking with a purposeful mindset.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
