RecruiterResponsibilities:
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct prescreening interviews.
- Send new hire onboarding packages.
- Reviewing background checks.
- Create job description listings.
- Effectively fill and maintain optimal personnel in open positions.
- Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Promote the company's reputation as the best place to work.
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- Ability to travel to recruitment meetings, and career fairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Workdays:
Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
