As a key member of the team, the
Driver Recruiter is responsible for contacting and vetting prospective independent contractor drivers in accordance with the needs of the operation.

They will maintain a pipeline of prospects, sufficient to supply drivers in the right quantity, vehicle type, location, and availability.


If you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and purpose-driven work environment, you'll fit in with our team.

One or more years of
experience recruiting independent contractor drivers in a transportation operation will enable your success in this role.
