John Marshall Bank has an immediate opening for a Temporary, Part Time Recruiter.

Anticipated Term Dates:

May - August 15

Weekly Hours:
30 hour maximum

Pay Range:

$22 - $30 /hr

In this role you will:

Assist with the interview process by scheduling, and conducting interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Provide reporting associated with hiring activity, retention, and various other staffing related data as needed or assigned.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

Required:

At least 1 year of full life-cycle recruiting experience

Exposure and understanding of basic recruiting tools and platforms

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills with good negotiation tactics.

Preferred:

At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process

Experience using Paylocity

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
