Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Source, identify, recruit and retain qualified professionals for key positions within the firm.
Partner with firm leaders to identify recruiting needs and work collaboratively to deliver on those needs.
Build partnerships and grow our employer brand with colleges/universities. Coordinate and attend college career fairs to represent and recruit for the firm.
Assists with new employee orientations to foster understanding of the firm's culture and create a positive attitude towards firm goals.
Participate in the summer internship program.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in fullcycle recruiting
Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools, techniques, and software.
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Possess strong computer skills, including MS Office
Work Hours _Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours, flexible schedules available. Hours outside normal business hours will be expected to attend recruiting events. Inoffice or hybrid work environment available.
