2+ years of high volume recruiting in a variety of skill sets

Experience in being a part of in person hiring/networking events

Ability to travel up to 25% of your time
MUST HAVE an active LinkedIn Profile
Strong sourcing capabilities leveraging Boolean searches, job boards, ATS and social media
An interest in providing training, guidance and mentor-ship to Junior recruiters
Excellent customer service skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to volunteer during our Veteran training class which takes place every quarter
