    Description
    Prepares and distributes periodic financial statements for internal and external users.

    Lead the Company's assessment of technical accounting matters, including research and documentation for a variety of complex and non-standard transactions such as significant new customer contracts and project accounting requirements, new service initiatives, merger, and acquisition agreements, earnouts, etc.

    Identify and articulate complex purchase accounting requirements to the due diligence, legal, accounting and acquired teams.

    Oversee all ongoing acquisition-related accounting activities including earnouts, deferred consideration and associated indemnifications, working capital settlements, holdback payments and certain period-end close and financial reporting activities associated with acquisitions.

    Coordinate and oversee the adoption of new standards, as well as certain general corporate accounting matters.

    Review a limited number of account reconciliations in non-routine areas as well as areas involving a higher degree of judgment and/or technical expertise.

    Coordinate and oversee the performance of valuation work and acquisition-related purchase price allocations.
    Support the annual goodwill recoverability testing.

    Work with financial and operational management on certain aspects related to systems implementations both for the Company and the entities it acquires.

    Lead or participate in special projects as needed.

    Play a key role in the annual audit process with external auditors, the corporate accounting team, finance, and executive management.
