    Description

    **Call Center Member Service Representative**

    **Department:** Member Service Center **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT

    **Hours:** 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday w/some Saturdays. Other schedules are available.

    **Pay:** $16.50/hr. More possible with experience.

    **Location:** In-office. Office located in Salt Lake City.

    **The experience you need to succeed:**

    One-year teller experience.

    One to twelve months loan processing experience preferred.

    Be sales and team oriented.

    A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Be proficient with business machinery and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    **What youll do:**

    Answer phone calls from members providing accurate information.

    Offers solutions and assist with members financial needs.

    Meeting the metrics of the position.

    Post transaction into members accounts accurately and in a timely manner.

    Handles duties regarding Bill Pay, Online Banking and Visa Cards.

    Sort Credit Union mail.
